Which credit cards do you accept?
Able Printing accepts MasterCard, Visa Card, Discover and American Express.

Can I return an item that is incorrect?
If, within five days you discover an error, that is the fault of Able Printing, you may return it for correction with no additional cost to you.

What happens if the stock I want is not available?
In the event that the stock you requested is no longer available, we will phone you. You will then have the option of selecting another stock or canceling your order.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
All items will have sales tax added, unless it is for “resale” and a current sale card is on file at Able Printing prior to delivery, or the items to be shipped out of California.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our normal turn around time is five days from proof of approval; however, large quantities and/or special treatments may take longer. Perfect bound books require 4 to 5 weeks after proof of approval

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box or to a different address?
Yes, but only by Parcel Post and this may cost more than if UPS is used to ship to a street address. And yes, you may ship to any address you specify.

How are shipping address calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated on the destinations and weight of the items. FOB Santee. We are sorry that the shipping charge cannot be calculated until completion of the job, but will use whatever means is least expensive, or whichever service you request. (Parcel Post or UPS).
